The Farmhouse Estate is located in Pottsboro, Texas, just north of Dallas near the Red River. The Farmhouse Estate has over 11 acres of scenic landscape with majestic trees, a 1 acre pond, and rolling pastures. The estate offers a bed and breakfast, with five well appointed suites; a venue for events such as weddings, anniversarys, and special occasions; and an up to 14 people rental property, excellent for weekly or weekend get-a-ways, crafting groups, or business/church retreats.
The Estate's bed and breakfast offers a full service, three-course breakfast presented in our grand dining room or delivered to your room. The library and solarium, as well as the arbored terrace, lend themselves as peaceful backdrops for an afternoon tea or a challenging game of chess. The bed and breakfast has four fireplaces, five private suites each with a private bath, and beautiful grounds to enjoy and explore.

The Farmhouse Estate is just minutes from Lake Texoma, Texas' second largest lake with 89,000 acres of award winning fishing, boating, and water sports.
The Estate is also near Hagerman Wildlife Refuge which has recorded 338 different species of birds such as Great Blue Heron, Mississippi Kites, Gadwalls, Northern Shovelers and more.
There are many local festivals throughout the year, antique and boutique shopping, several varieties of local cuisine, and the Estate is just south of live entertainment, performances, and shows provided by the Choctaw Casino. All of this and so much more make our peaceful, serene area a great place to visit and stay a while.
